Alright, we know it’s only week 1 but we’re about to give you our biggest Going Deeper challenge. We believe it will help support the rest of your study so significantly, we’re putting it out there right away. And you’re just getting started so you should still have plenty of energy! Find an hour this week to get yourself a little snack and settle in to read through the entire book of Acts in one sitting. When we read Scripture, it can be tempting to pick out a verse here and there that is interesting to us but not pay attention to the context surrounding the verse. Reading all the way through in one sitting helps us get an over-arching picture of what is happening in the book. Don’t worry about understanding everything – that’s why we’re taking our time and going through Acts chapter by chapter over the coming weeks. The goal here is to just begin to see the story that is unfolding.
